The promoters of the foundation are a group of like-minded professionals from different fields, who felt the need to financially support heart patients from weaker sections of the society as well as to bring about awareness on prevention aspects of heart disease for the general public.

The idea was conceived by a couple of young doctors who came across a number of heart patients needing urgent treatment during the free heart CAMPS in rural areas, Some of these did not have the money even to come to the hospital for check up. They invited a few like-minded individuals to join, and that is how the TRUST was created.
